1. Enquiry
Send your brief through the custom order form, email or WhatsApp: the piece, palette, size, quantity, occasion and deadline. Reference images are welcome and genuinely help.
2. Quote and approval
We reply within 4 business hours with pricing, yarn and colour recommendations, a production window and shipping options. Nothing is charged and no materials are ordered until you approve the quote in writing.
3. Making
Your piece is crocheted by hand from first stitch to final press. For larger commissions we can share progress photographs on request.
4. Changes
Changes to colour, size or design are usually possible before making starts. Once a piece is underway, changes may affect the timeline and the quote — we will always tell you before doing anything that changes the price.
The nature of handmade
Because nothing is machine-made, small variations in tension, tone and finish are inherent to the craft rather than defects. Yarn dye lots can vary slightly between batches.
