Quote first, always
Prices are not published on this website. Each piece is quoted individually based on size, yarn, personalisation, quantity and destination, and your quote is valid for the period stated on it.
Invoices
Once you approve a quote we issue an invoice with the agreed amount, currency and payment instructions. Production begins after payment terms have been met as set out on that invoice.
Larger and wholesale orders
Wholesale and large custom commissions may be split into a deposit that secures your production slot and a balance before dispatch. Any such arrangement is confirmed on your invoice before you pay anything.
Security
We never ask for card details by email, WhatsApp or social media. If you receive a message claiming to be from Fleur de Fil asking for card numbers, do not reply — contact us at Fleurdifil@gmail.com.
