Made to order, then dispatched
Every Fleur de Fil piece is crocheted after your order is confirmed, so dispatch begins once making is complete. The production window for your specific piece is confirmed in writing with your quote before you commit.
If you have a fixed deadline — a wedding, a launch, a birthday — tell us the date in your enquiry and we will confirm whether it is achievable before taking the order.
Worldwide delivery
We ship internationally from Australia. Carrier, service level, transit estimate and shipping cost are quoted for your destination and parcel size at the time of your quote, so you always see the figure before approving an order.
Tracking details are emailed to you on dispatch.
Duties, taxes and customs
Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Customs inspections can add time that is outside our control.
Packaging
Pieces are steamed, inspected, wrapped in tissue and boxed so they arrive presentation-ready. Gift packaging and a handwritten card can be added on request.
