What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the products and quantities you are interested in, and your message. We also record which page the enquiry came from so we can answer in context.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare your quote, produce and deliver your order, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists from an order enquiry.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the atelier letter you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our own secured customer system, accessible only to Fleur de Fil staff accounts, and are protected by database access rules that prevent public access.
Your choices
Email Fleurdifil@gmail.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We action deletion requests unless we are required to keep records for tax or legal reasons.
