Definition
Bamboo viscose is cellulose extracted from bamboo and regenerated into filament, producing a smooth, slippery yarn.
Overview
It drapes even harder than silk and weakens slightly when wet, so wet pieces should be supported, never hung.
Its coolness makes it a favourite for summer garments and for baby items in hot climates.
